Yuyun Sanhe Proudly Launches the SH-3670 Series Feed Silos

On November 11, 2025, Yuyun Sanhe successfully completed the assembly, commissioning and inspection of the SH-3670 silo, and proudly launched the SH-3670 Series Silos. As a high-quality piece of equipment specially engineered for feed storage scenarios, it fully meets the feed storage demands of various breeding operations with its outstanding performance parameters and user-centric design. The series comprises four core models, namely SH-3670-2, SH-3670-3, SH-3670-4 and SH-3670-5, offering diverse options for breeders of different scales.

I. Core Performance Parameters

The SH-3670 Series Silos feature a uniform diameter design, with a silo diameter of 3,670 mm and a capacity range of 30 m³ to 55.8 m³, making them suitable for the storage requirements of small and medium-sized farms as well as large-scale breeding bases. In terms of feed storage capacity, it can hold 19.5–36.2 tons of chicken feed and 18.0–33.5 tons of pig feed, effectively ensuring the stability of feed supply during the breeding process.

II. Product Structure & Premium Materials

The silo is composed of key components including the main silo body, roof cover, climbing ladder and support frame. It adopts 275 g/high-zinc-layer hot-dip galvanized steel sheet as the main body material, paired with 8.8-grade high-strength bolts for connection and fixation. This premium material combination endows the silo with excellent comprehensive performance: it not only has strong corrosion and oxidation resistance, adapting to harsh breeding environments such as humidity and dust, but also effectively withstands high-temperature exposure and strong wind. With a robust and durable structure, it significantly extends the service life of the equipment.

Efficient Temperature Control & Mildew Prevention Design.

The silo adopts a corrugated wall panel structure, which can effectively reflect sunlight, significantly reduce the day-night temperature difference inside the silo, fundamentally alleviate the problems of internal condensation and moisture accumulation, prevent feed mildew and caking, greatly improve the quality of feed storage and ensure breeding safety.

Convenient Feeding & Safe Operation.

The enlarged feeding port at the top of the silo greatly improves feeding efficiency, making the feeding process more convenient. The bottom is equipped with a specially designed ground-controllable movable flip cover device, allowing operators to complete operations without climbing, which is safe, labor-saving and reduces operational risks.

Ventilation, Cleanliness & Material Level Monitoring 

Ventilation holes are specially arranged on the top plate: on one hand, they ensure smooth air circulation during feeding to avoid feeding blockage; on the other hand, they maintain a clean environment inside the silo and inhibit bacterial growth. Meanwhile, transparent observation windows are installed on both the wall panels and the hopper, enabling users to intuitively monitor the material level inside the silo in real time and achieve efficient inventory management.

Safe Maintenance & Stable Support

The accompanying climbing ladder features an anti-slip design, with high stability and easy installation, and is equipped with a circular safety barrier, which ensures the climbing safety of operators and facilitates daily maintenance work. The support frame and base adopt a high-strength structural design, with excellent wind and earthquake resistance performance. They are easy to assemble, adaptable to various environmental scenarios such as plains and mountainous areas, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment under complex conditions.
