Application

For high-density stacked cage chicken houses, traditional belt-driv-en double door cone fans have prominent drawbacks: high powerloss, insufficient airflow and weak static pressure. In enclosed poul-try houses, their poor exhaust performance leads to ineffectivesummer cooling and incomplete discharge of ammonia and stale air. This easily causes flock heat stress and frequent respiratory diseases, greatly reducing farming profits.Our upgraded direct-drive butterfly cone fan fully removes the beltransmission structure, eliminating power loss from belt slippage andwear. Its operating speed rises from 460 RPM of conventional fans to720 RPM, delivering drastically enhanced static pressure. Deliveringpowerful airflow, it easily penetrates multi-layer cages, overcomeshigh negative pressure in dense houses, quickly exhausts hot wasteair, balances temperature of all cage tiers, and achieves consistent whole-house ventilation.Optional AC and high-efficiency EC motors meet diverse usage de-mands. The fan is equipped with durable configurations: fiberglassnylon reinforced blades, low-resistance PP round frame, long-lifeuniversal spring shutters and double-layer anti-corrosion safetygrilles. It requires no frequent belt replacement, effectively cuttinglong-term maintenance costs. It is an optimal high-efficiency coolingand ventilation device for high-density caged chicken farms.

	Features a large air outlet for high airflow. The direct-drive structure ensures high energy efficiency, excellent corrosion resistance, delivering powerful ventilation with lower power consumption.
	Brand-new PP round frame with enlarged air inlet; lower airflow resistance & air loss than old galvanized collectors, higher efficiency and stronger wind delivery.
	Equipped with four fiberglass and nylon composite reinforced blades, it features low temperature resistance and anti-deformation performance. It provides uniform and strong airflow to ensure balanced and stable ventilation performance.
	New direct-drive design without belts for fewer faults & lower loss; optional AC/EC motors, low maintenance and steady ventilation for poultry houses
	Upgraded universal spring shutter mechanism replaces fragile straight hook springs that prone to fatigue fracture. It delivers superior structural stability and greatly extended service life.
