High-quality thickened aluminum alloy frame, upper frame and bottom frame thickness is 1.8mm, side frame and fixed plate thickness is 2.0mm.
The end cover is made of high-quality nylon injection molding, high strength, good toughness. The special slot design makes it more firmly connected with the outer frame, and the three sides can contact with glass glue, the seal is tight and does not leak water for long-term use.
The oxide film thickness on our aluminum alloy surface is 80-120μm, which has strong corrosion resistance, while that of the other manufacturers is 40μm, which is easy to corrode.
